The designs |

Each card from the Wedding Collection is supplied with a personalised insert with wording of your
choice and matching envelope where applicable.
Each and every card is delicately handmade with precision and care to ensure you will be
completely satisfied with your design. Due
to the nature of the materials used, a certain amount of variation
is to be expected this is part of the charm of handmade cards. No two pieces are
ever exactly alike, although we endeavour to keep all our designs as
consistent as possible. dcjdesigns accept no responsibility for any
effects the ageing process may have on the products.

Order and payment |
|
For
UK orders under £50, full payment is required with the order. Full
payment is required with order for all overseas orders.
dcjdesigns request a 50% deposit of the sub total cost prior to commencing work. Please
note that this deposit is non refundable.
Your order is not confirmed and work will not commence until the appropriate order
form and payment has been received. You may therefore cancel for a full
refund at any time prior to this date.
The final 50% and postage and packing charges are due on completion of the collection. You will be notified when your
collection is ready for dispatch.
Your collection will be dispatched by Special Delivery on reception of final payment.
We accept payment by paypal, cheque and by direct bank transfer. Cheques should be
made payable to dcjdesigns. Please contact
us for bank transfer services.

| Pricing
policy |
| dcjdesigns
reserves the right to change prices and terms and conditions at any time.
Quotes remain valid for a term of 30 days. After this date, please contact
us for a new quotation.

Unforeseen circumstances |
| While every effort will be made to meet your demand, cancellations or
variations may be necessary as a result of Act of God, War, Strike,
Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond the
control of dcjdesigns.
|
|
Postage and packaging |
Postage and packing is not included.
dcjdesigns send all products by Royal Mail Special Delivery which always require a
signature to ensure your stationery gets safely to your door. If you
have an alternative delivery address please remember to state this on
the order form.
Postage
and packaging is charged between £5.00 - £30.00 per order depending on
the weight. All our postal prices are based on current Royal Mail Special
Delivery charges. For overseas orders please enquire about postage, packaging and delivery
charges before ordering.
dcjdesigns cannot accept any responsibility for goods lost in transit.
You may arrange for a courier to collect your stationery or collect it personally.

Caring for your cards |
dcjdesigns supply
high quality envelopes with all our stationery. Unknown to
many, you can also request at your local sorting office for your cards to
be “hand stamped” as opposed to being passed through the electronic
sorting system to protect them as they travel through the mail.

| Proofing
and approval policy |
This is the most
important part !
Within
7-10 working days of placing an order and reception of deposit, you will
receive a proof of each stationery piece and associated inserts for you
to approve. This service is free of charge.
dcjdesigns
request a signature of approval from you for each type of stationery prior
to commencing work. This ensures you
are completely satisfied with your chosen design. An approval form will
be included with your pack. Once the proofs and approval forms have been
returned to us, we then commence to handcraft your stationery.
It
is your responsibility to provide accurate information with your order, to
ensure the proofs are correct and to advise dcjdesigns of any amendments.
Errors arising from failure to provide accurate information or failure to
check proofs will incur additional charges to correct once material is
assembled, printed or fabricated.
Errors caused by dcjdesigns will of course be rectified free of charge.
Please note: Cards from the Special
Collection are not subject to an approval and proofing process unless more
than 1 is ordered.

| Refunds
and cancellations policy |
dcjdesigns endeavour to offer excellent customer service and we hope you will be
delighted by our products and services.
Unfortunately, dcjdesigns will not refund or
exchange goods unless they are faulty. Refunds
may be given at the discretion of dcjdesigns. Discretionary
refunds will be dependent upon receipt of the goods by dcjdesigns
in original condition. We regret refunds are not available on bespoke
items.
Work on replacement stationery will not commence until all items are
returned to the address below.

In the event of a cancellation, dcjdesigns reserve the right to retain the
deposit.
If cancellation is made after work has commenced, dcjdesigns reserve the
right to collect the final payment, to cover any additional costs we may
have incurred.
